How do I sign up for a recurring subscription?

Signing up for a subscription is as simple as can be. Once you select your product, you'll be given the option to place a one-time order at full price OR subscribe and save. Subscribing saves you 10% on every subscription order.

How can I swap my subscription flavors?

You can change up the mix of your subscription box before each shipment via SMS or in your account. Just login to your account at hit "Swap Product". If you shared a phone number during checkout, you can opt into SMS by texting "START" to (917) 905-7

Can I skip a shipment?

Definitely. If you shared a phone number during checkout, you can opt into SMS by testing "START" to (917) 905-7079. If you didn't share a phone number during checkout, you can opt-into SMS by logging into your account and clicking "Manage with SMS."

Can I get my subscription sooner than planned?

Absolutely! Log into your account, click "Get It Now." Boom. 💥 No longer hungry. From your user portal you can also pause, or reschedule your delivery 😉

Should I subscribe if I've never tried No Evil Foods?

We're all about autonomy, so we can't answer that for you. But, we'd be nuts if we didn't mention that subscribers get 10% off every order. Oh, and our flavors/textures are off the charts...so there's that.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

I need to change my delivery address. How can I do this?

Pop on into your subscription portal and click "Profile" on the left hand side. From there you can update your shipping address or opt into SMS to have control of your orders at your fingertips. You can also click "Update my info" from the customer p

How do I cancel my subscription?

It doesn't happen often, but, if you decide our subscriptions aren't right for you, we make it easy to cancel with one click. Head to your subscription portal and scroll down. From there you have the option to pause or cancel your subscription.

Where can find tracking for my subscription order?

From your subscription portal, click "Your Orders" on the left. This is where you can see the details of our relationship, er, order history, and check up on the whereabouts of our most recent tryst.

When should I expect my No Evil Foods delivery?
